Screen Printing
Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and other flat-textured fabrics.
Limitations: Works best on cotton or cotton-blend materials and is ideal for bulk orders with fewer colors.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, onesies, and other apparel made of 100% cotton or high-cotton blends.
Limitations: Works best on lighter-colored garments and is ideal for designs with intricate details or multiple colors.
Embroidery
Best for: Hats, polos, jackets, backpacks, and heavier-duty materials.
Limitations: Not suitable for thin, stretchy fabrics or highly detailed, small designs.
Puff Printing
Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and designs that benefit from a raised, textured effect.
Limitations: Works best on cotton or cotton-blend materials and is typically limited to simpler designs.

From quote to in-hand; 2-3 weeks. However, expedited services are available.

We have a thorough and transparent order process and make sure you get detailed mockups to approve before production, so changes aren’t usually needed after your order is placed.

50% deposit is required to begin orders and orders must be paid in full before order pickup / delivery

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your order. This covers design work, materials, and initial preparation.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24-48 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn’t started. In such cases, we can offer a partial credit minus costs incurred for design work or materials.
Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the order.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on orders, as each item is custom-made to your specifications.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we are happy to provide credits or replacements as needed to ensure your satisfaction.

We don’t automatically store screens, but we offer the option for customers to purchase and retain their screens for future reorders. This ensures your design is ready to go whenever you need it!
